WC, 1 sep. shower. radio, tv. Wood stove in the living room, electric heating in the bedrooms. Double garage. Bed, bath and kitchen linen available and included. Pets only after prior agreement with the landlord possible.

Apartment in a two-family house, built in 2010, in the hamlet Cavorgia, near Sedrun, summer and winter good access. (No ÖV) The house is situated in a quiet location, encircled by a beautiful forest directly at hiking trails, which lead in all directions. - Ideal for naturefriends. In the same house is another 3.5-room apartment, which can be rented permanently (request directly to the landlord). The apartment is the same, but facing east.
