The dining area leads to the newly furnished, modern kitchen with the latest appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine. Guest WC with Closomat.

In the basement there are 4 cosy bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and WC.

The accommodation

The holiday home is situated in a very beautiful, sunny and unobstructed location, not far from the village centre. The house faces south and boasts a fantastic view of the mountain scenery.

The house features a sunny terrace and a lovely balcony.

Inside, the bright house impresses with its well-thought-out layout. Every view from the windows offers a panorama to enjoy. The ground floor comprises the entrance, kitchen, living and dining area as well as a WC.

The basement contains the 4 bedrooms, the bathroom, the laundry room and a hallway.

There is also a garage and 2 to 3 outdoor parking spaces available.
