The apartment features an open-plan kitchen with an adjoining dining area and living room, a large bedroom, a small bedroom, a bathroom, and a storage room.

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms: One bedroom with a large double bed and bunk bed. The bedroom is equipped with generous built-in wardrobes. Another bedroom with bunk bed and chest of drawers.

Bathroom: The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. Towels are provided and included.

Living room: The living room includes a bright seating area with a corner sofa and a cozy dining area with a large dining table, bench, and chairs. A high chair can be provided. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV is available. The terrace and garden are accessible from the living room.

Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen features a glass-ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, and a microwave. A kettle, filter coffee machine, and fondue set are also provided.

Additional rooms: A separate storage room for skis is located directly next to the holiday apartment. A washing machine is available in the storage room. The entrance area with a bench offers plenty of space for jackets and shoes.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The apartment is fitted with parquet flooring and tiles (kitchen, bathroom). A high chair, a children’s play mat, and a child safety guard for the bunk bed are available.

The 3.5-room holiday apartment (70 m²) is located on the ground floor of a detached house with a total of 2 apartments in a quiet but very central location. The house was completely renovated in 2022. A covered terrace and a large garden are available in summer and winter. A storage room for skis with a washing machine is located directly next to the entrance of the holiday apartment. The train station, supermarket, restaurants, the wellness and adventure pool "Bogn Sedrun," and the children’s ski area "Valtgeva" are all within a few minutes’ walk. Access to the Disentis ski area via the Cuolm da Vi cable car and to the Andermatt-Sedrun ski arena via the Matterhorn-Gotthard Railway from Sedrun (5-minute journey) is available. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited in the house.
