Situated at an altitude of 410 metres, this exclusive secluded location on a private plot of 15,000 m² offers not only peace and privacy, but also a breathtaking view that encompasses the plain of Sessa-Monteggio, with views as far as Monte Rosa in Italy.

Inside, a carefully maintained aesthetic awaits you: the older, two-storey house has modern central heating with radiators in all living rooms and bedrooms as well as in the bathroom on the first floor. The technical equipment includes WLAN throughout the house and insect screens in all bedrooms, guaranteeing a comfortable and undisturbed stay.

The outdoor area invites you to relax and enjoy the large pool, which is available from April/May to September/October, depending on the weather. The entire property, consisting of garden, forest and meadows, is accessible via a tarmac private road with lockable gate. Sufficient parking spaces are available for guests directly at the house.

The location of the house is ideal for excursions in the surrounding area: Ponte Tresa and Luino are only about 10 minutes away, Lugano is about 30 minutes away and Milano Malpensa can be reached in just over an hour.
