he newly renovated, bright, quiet, 2 1/2 Z apartment is suitable for 2-3 people and is located in the quiet neighborhood Seglias on the 1st floor. It has a sheltered balcony, is accessible by elevator. The open kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, and oven. In the cozy living area in Engadine style with sitting area, sofa (extendable), armchair, set table, small desk, bookshelf you will feel immediately at home. Electricity, TV, radio, internet WLAN are included in the price.
The bright separate double bedroom is equipped with mirrored wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers. New slatted frames and new mattresses of 90 x 200 cm provide a restful sleep. Bathroom with shower curtain, toilet and bidet.
The grocery store is located in the neighborhood, parking in the underground garage of the house. For loading and unloading you can drive in front of the house. Cross-country ski trail connection and hiking trails are directly in front of the house. The stop for public transport is nearby in 5 minutes. Pets and smoking in the apartment are not allowed.
