Our two cosy and comfortable holiday flats at the entrance to the village of Sils-Maria offer an unobstructed view of the village and the Sils plain. Enjoy the quiet and sunny south-facing location of our house, which will make your heart beat faster.

The cosy 2-room flat on the top floor (2nd floor) promises peace and quiet and an enchanting view. The south-facing living room is equipped with free radio/TV connection and WLAN. A separate kitchen offers everything you need including ceramic hobs, dishwasher, fridge, oven and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bedroom with a double bed with two single mattresses (90 x 200 cm) and the bathroom with shower and WC round off the interior. There is also a car park and a separate ski room. Pets are not allowed.

The "Chesa Sulagl" (Haus zur Sonne) is characterised by its unique, quiet and sunny location on the outskirts of Sils-Maria. Not far away you will find a grocery shop, restaurants and a bus stop. Sports enthusiasts can look forward to the nearby sports centre with ice rink, the Furtschellas cable car and numerous cross-country ski trails.

The area around Sils-Maria is a paradise for active holidaymakers and culture enthusiasts. With 580 kilometres of hiking trails, 400 kilometres of mountain bike trails, four flow trails on the Corviglia and countless water sports options on the Upper Engadin lakes, there's never a dull moment here. In winter, the Furtschellas, Corvatsch, Corviglia and Diavolezza/Lagalb ski areas offer 350 kilometres of pistes, while culture vultures can explore the local museums and art galleries.
