Description of the holiday rental
At the edge of Sils/Segel Maria this quietly situated holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor, which was completely renovated in summer 2019. It is on the first floor with 3 balconies (morning and evening sun) and has a garage with direct access to the staircase. On 01. 07. 2019 the whole apartment was completely renovated. The apartment is very bright and sunny. From the apartment you have a free view over the Silvaplaner lake. In front of the house there are cross-country ski runs in various directions. In winter the bus stop for the free bus is 5 minutes from the house. This bus takes you to the village of Sils-Maria and to Furtschella's train. It is only a few minutes to the mountain railway and the lakeside. are very close: Playground (children's ski school), tennis court (ice rink), bakery. Grocery stores with meat products (Volg) and sports shops are also nearby.
