The perfect apartment for your ski holidays. This holiday property is located right next to the valley run to the Signalbahn, allowing skiers to ski directly to the front door.
The apartment features a spacious and bright living room with a sofa, TV, dining table, and a modern open kitchen with high-quality materials and new appliances. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and the stylish bathroom offers a bathtub. An additional sleeping option is available with the sofa bed in the living room. From the living room, you can access the terrace, which offers a wonderful and sunny view with afternoon and evening sun. A shared laundry room is available, and a private storage room is located right at the entrance to the apartment. A garage parking space can be rented for an additional fee.
The great advantage of this apartment is its unique location on the ski slope. The apartment also stands out with its beautiful wood parquet flooring, modern kitchen, and well-equipped bathroom.
The ski-in/ski-out location is a rarity in St. Moritz. Shops, restaurants, and the Coop supermarket are about a 5-minute walk away.
