Attention: Noise emissions may occur from April 2022 due to constructions nearby.
Comfortable studio with balcony and nice view on the 4th floor. Living- /dining room with pullout beds and sofa corner. Separate kitchen with dishwasher. Bath/shower, WC. Free WLan, Lift. Carparkingplace can be booked on own costs separately at Serletta/Quadrellas carparking.
