Apparels and accessories: oven, dishwashing machine, coffee machine, and all principal kitchen’s accessories. 2 Bedrooms: 1 big bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 sofa-bed 160x195, wall-wardrobe and slim television. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, view on the mountains of Muottas Muragl. 2 Bathrooms (Complete Renew at 01.2016), 1 with bathtub and the other with shower (accessories at disposal). Private garage inside the building heated, with access from Via Chavallera.
Ski and Bikes room, laundry and drying room in common. Pets are not allowed.
