Shopping facilities, several restaurants, cross-country ski trails and the Ovaverva indoor swimming pool are just a few minutes walk away. The Signalbahn cable car, which takes you to the Corviglia ski area, can be easily reached on foot or by bus.
Practical 2.5 - room holiday apartment on the 3rd floor. Entrance with renovated kitchen. Living-/ dining room with built-in fold-away beds for 2 persons. Separate double bedroom. Covered balcony. Bathroom with shower/WC. Elevator in the house. Limited number of outdoor parking spaces (for 1 car, not reserved). Fitness room for public use is located in the holiday apartment building.
