Description of the holiday rental

The studio in the valley-side basement consists of a living/dining area with built-in kitchen on one narrow side. The sofa can be used as a bed. The windowless sleeping niche with 2 single beds is separated by a curtain. A small hallway with a washbasin leads to the toilet and shower and a small cellar. The rooms are made of wood and painted white with wooden floors. The ceiling height is approximately 2m, which is relatively low. The seating area in front of the door is partly paved with natural stone and partly grass. Both door leaves can be opened. You won’t have to do without radio, TV, DVD, or your usual espresso.

Depending on availability, a 4½-room apartment can also be booked in the same house. Both apartments are independent of each other, each with its own entrance.

Notes: The local tax is included.

The house is located at the valley-side edge of the building zone, in one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the area, about 30 meters below the road to Platenga (at the edge of the village of Surcuolm, directly on the ski slope). Outside of the haymaking season, it is very quiet—so quiet that some visitors may find it unsettling.

The house is small, made of wood both inside and out.
