Living room with TV, radio, open fireplace. Kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need (incl. fondue/raclette). Shower/WC. Nice seating area and large garden, grill. Remarks: The communal fee is included. Weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday. Shorter stays upon request. Bed linen is to be brought by the tenant. The cleaning of the apartment is to be done by the tenant himself. Quiet location in the middle of the ski and hiking/mountain biking area Obersaxen/Mundaun with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. It is 50 meters to the ski slope. Access by car is possible from May to November, during the winter months the journey by car goes to Valata (valley station of the mountain railways, free parking) and from there by chairlift to the middle station Cuolm Sura (approx. 12 min.).
