Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Children's room with two bunk beds (4 children's beds). Bed linen can be brought by the guest or obtained from the landlord for a surcharge of CHF 15.00 per person.

Living room with corner sofa. TV and WLAN.

Kitchen:
Open kitchen and access to the balcony. Large dining table, fully equipped. Kitchen linen available.

Bathroom:
Toilet and shower. Towels can be brought by the guest or obtained from the landlord for a surcharge of CHF 15.- per person.

The renovated 3.5 room apartment is located 300 m (relatively steep ascent) from the valley station Valata.

The Mundaun ski and snowboard school is located in a beautiful location next to the mountain restaurant Cuolm Sura. The ski school can be reached easily by chairlift, valley station Valata - Cuolm Sura. You can get to the house directly with your skis.

A grocery store is located in Affeier, approx. 1.5 km away. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a multi-family house with 6 apartments.  Ski storage on the ground floor.

Parking available. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
