Description of the holiday rental
The large Val Gronda flat is located on the upper/attic floor with balcony of an apartment block directly at the Valata / Surcuolm valley station. It is fantastically and practically situated with a beautiful view of the Alps. Inside, the flat is ideally furnished for holidays and offers enough space for 6 people. Direct access to the Piz Mundaun valley station, and in the evening you can ski down the piste right to the front door. In summer you have direct access to the wonderful hiking and biking area of Obersaxen / Val Lumnezia. The ice rink and various restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and can also be easily reached on foot. The Cavrida post bus stop is a two-minute walk from the house.
