Description of the holiday rental

New from December 2024: The core of the holiday home dates back to 1679, so it is almost 350 years old!
It is suitable for 2 adults and up to 2 children.

Before the planned, small renovation in April 2025 are as obstacles: One children's room is only small at 5 square metres. The second child currently has a bed in the 'hallway'. For two children up to approx. 10/12 years it works well, with older children with restrictions. See the two floor plans attached.

Nestled in an exclusive landscape at 1,800 metres, between Törbel (1,500 m) and the Moosalp (2,045 m), the view extends 1,000 metres into the Saas Valley or the Zermatt Valley. The absolute south-facing position guarantees sun from morning to evening. Look out over 9 four-thousand metre peaks. Footpath from the car park approx. 150 metres. I have two other chalets, one has 77 good reviews (since 2015) and the other 47 (since 2021).

The chalet will be gradually furnished until May 2025 with many real antiques, which are nevertheless fully suitable for children. Cabinet 170 years old is already there, real silver cutlery, drinking glasses 200 years old, vase 300 years old, large bed set 100 years old, etc.
