Description of the holiday rental
Cosy apartment situated on a little hill close to many different hiking trails, a sledge run, the skiing region Malbunand right next to a bus station. In this non-smoker apartment pets are not allowed and there is no Wi-Fi. There is a parking place in a 200m distance from the apartment. From there on a short path with stairs leads to the house. Classification: 1 star plus Apartment size: 44 square metres Number of rooms: 3 Maximum number of persons: 4 Minimum days of stay: 7 nights Costs: CHF 90.- per day(parking and TV included) Additional costs: Cleaning: CHF 80.- per stay Bed linens: CHF 1.50 per bed per day (not applicable if bought by the guests themselves, duvet size 160x210) Visitor’s tax: CHF 2.50 per person per day (kids under 16 years free) Electricity: according to the individual energy consumption (circa 70-180 CHF) Garbage bag: CHF 2.50 per bag (35l) Towels have to be bought by the guests themselves. Steg is a very small village 1,300m / 4,290ft above sea level with about 70 inhabitants. An ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. There are a few shopping facilities close by such as in Triesenberg (5 km / 3 miles), Malbun (4 km / 2.5 miles) or in Vaduz (12 km / 7.5 miles). During high season a selected choice of food and household articles are available at the „Malbuner Shop“ directly in the center of Malbun. Further products can be bought at the supermarket in Triesenberg. It is a 10 minutes drive from StegtoTriesenbergand a 5 minutes drive from Stegto Malbun. Everything is also easily accessible by bus. Sporting goods can be rent at Malbun Sport(more information www.malbunsport.li).
