Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, steamer, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC. Large balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Trin 5 km from Flims: Cosy apartment house "Casa Crap Sogn Barcazi", 876 m a.s.l., 4 storeys. In the resort, in a central, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 6 km from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Trin, Dorf" 400 m. Skisport facilities 6 km, slopes 6 km, ski school 6 km, cross country ski track 3 km. Nearby attractions: Ruinalta/Rheinschlucht, Aussichtsplattform Il Spir, UNESCO-Welterbe Tektonikarena Sardona. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Weisse Arena Flims/Laax. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Caumesee, Crestasee. Hiking paths: UNESCO-Welterbe Tektonikarena Sardona, Ruinalta/Rheinschlucht, Hochebene Bargis.
