Bedrooms:
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms each with a double bed and wardrobe / chest of drawers, as well as a corresponding balcony. In the basement there is another bedroom with three beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower or bathtub / WC, and a guest toilet. Bed linen is available and not included in the price.
Living room:
An open living room with kitchen and dining area, Swedish stove (wood available) as well as a cozy corner sofa and flat screen TV with cable connection, Wi-Fi throughout the house. The balconies face south with morning sun and a beautiful garden seating area faces west with evening sun.
Kitchen:
The open kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic hob with oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided), raclette oven as well as fondue caquelon. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price.
Bathroom:
3 bathrooms – one bathroom for each bedroom, with shower or bathtub / WC, and a guest toilet. Towels are available and not included in the price.
4.5-room house (180m2) in a quiet location with a wonderful panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva. The house is located above the Badesee Davos Munts, reachable in 3 minutes. In the basement there is a storage room for skis, shoes, hiking clothes etc. as well as the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Two parking spaces are available free of charge behind the house. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
