This apartment includes an open kitchen and access to the balcony a bunk bed in the corridor, bathroom with shower and washbasin. Lavatory for guests and washbasin. A sleepingroom with double bed and access to the terrace and to the common garden.Central heating, laundry with washing machine. Access by car in Summer and Winter, parking plot in the courtyard of the building.final cleaning, according to fee, in the price included. No pets. Linen on request. 2 rooms apartment *** - 4 people
Situated near the sport center of the Creux-du-Lavioz. 5 minutes from the center of the village by foot. View on the Bernese Alps. North-south orientation.
Additional extra costs:
Bath towels: Bed and bath towels can be provided by the agency.
Final cleaning: Final cleaning is included. Fees can be charged if the property is left in an unacceptable state.
Administration fee: None, just in case of a cancellation.
Kitchen towels: Kitchen towels can be provided by the agency.
Tourist tax: Visitors’ taxes are included in the rental price.
Notice:
Caution: A safety deposit of Chf. 300.—is demanded.
