Description of the holiday rental
Situation:
Studio near the centre of Vercorin for 3 adults or a couple and 2 children.Close to the Vercorin-Chalais cable car and the shuttle bus.Includes:Kitchen with dining area and access to the balcony, bathroom with shower and WC, 1 double bunk bed.Public parking space in front of the building. Oil-fired central heating. Car access summer/winter.NO PETS ALLOWED and NO SMOKING.
Additional extra costs:
Bath towels: can be provided by the agency
Bed sheets: can be provided by the agency
Final cleaning: included in the price. Fees can be charged if the property is left in an unacceptable state
Administration fee: none, just in case of a cancellation
Kitchen towels: can be provided by the agency
Parking: Unallocated parking space on the base plot of the building.
Tourist tax: included in price
Notice:
Caution: safety deposit of Chf. 300.-- demanded
Pets: Not accepted
