Includes:Entrance hall. Fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, living room with TV. Bathroom with bathtub. One bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed with access to the master bedroom with a double bed. Access to the terrace.Veranda with a fireplace. Terrace. Parking space on the base of the building.Car access summer/winter. Oil-fired central heating.Final cleaning, according to package, included in the price. Linen optional. PETS ON REQUEST. NO SMOKING.
Additional extra costs:
Bath towels: Can be provided by the agency.
Bed sheets: Can be provided by the agency.
Final cleaning: Final cleaning is included. Fees can be charged if the property is left in an unacceptable state.
Administration fee: None, just in case of a cancellation.
Kitchen towels: Can be provided by the agency.
Tourist tax: Visitors’ taxes are included in the rental price.
Notice:
Caution: A safety deposit of Chf. 300.—is demanded.
