Modern furnished penthouse (106m²). Spacious, open-plan living room with living, dining and kitchen area and fireplace. TV, DVD player, free internet and WLAN. Open-plan kitchen with comfortable equipment. 1 double bedroom with integrated bathroom with shower, bath, double washbasin, hairdryer and WC. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms with spacious wall cupboards. Separate shower with guest WC.
Kitchen linen, towelling and bed linen are provided.
South-facing balcony with table and chairs. Spectacular panoramic view of the Matterhorn and the village.
A 15-minute walk from the railway station, in a sunny and quiet location with an unobstructed view of Zermatt and the Matterhorn, lies our apartment block built in 2010 (plan square C7). The village centre with its countless shopping facilities and the old village centre, which is well worth seeing, is just a few minutes away. The Gornergratbahn cable car, the Sunneggabahn valley station and the bus stop are also within easy walking distance, both of which are served by a lift located around 150 metres above our house. In winter you can ski from the Sunnegga-Rothorn ski area almost to the front door and in summer you can start your hikes directly from the house.
