Description of the holiday rental
Spacious 4½-room penthouse apartment in the attic with approx. 145 m² of living space for up to 6 people. Three double bedrooms, several balconies and an impressive view of the Matterhorn and the surrounding mountains ensure an exclusive living experience.
The rustically furnished apartment has three bathrooms (1 bath/WC, 2 showers/WC) and a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen. The cosy living area with fireplace and modern TV with international cable TV and DVD player invite you to relax.
A starter set with bin bags, coffee capsules, soap and shampoo is provided on the day of arrival.

Modern, attractively designed apartment building in a central, quiet and sunny location in the Steinmatte district. The Matterhorn Paradise and Sunnegga Paradise ski areas are each around 500 metres away and can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. A ski bus stop with direct connections to the lifts and railway station is located in the immediate vicinity. A ski room with storage facilities is available in the building.
Shops, sports shops and restaurants are located in the surrounding area. Bahnhofstrasse, with its numerous shops, restaurants and bars, is about a 5-minute walk away.
All apartments are non-smoking; pets are not allowed.
