Our quiet holiday apartment is located in the upper part of Zermatt and in the midst of the imposing mountains. The Winkelmatten neighborhood is the starting point for beautiful hikes and leisure activities, and can be reached quickly on foot or by local bus.

The extraordinary attic apartment was designed by Heinz Julen. His signature runs through all rooms, whereby modern functionality meets traditional decorative elements and, with a lot of wood, exudes generous chalet charm and warmth. The ideal place to spend unforgettable holidays as a couple or up to a maximum of 4 people!

The apartment has a generous, south-facing window front with a balcony extending over the entire length. This opens up a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn, unobstructed in front of it lies the Findelbach in the middle of a calming larch forest.

Due to the preferred hillside location, the entrance to the house is on the 3rd floor and thus on the ground floor of this beautiful attic apartment.

Furnishing

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: A generous cooking island with steam exhaust invites you to cook together. An oven, a steamer and a Nespresso coffee machine are available, and the dishwasher makes washing up easier. In the cupboards you will find a large selection of dishes, as well as glasses and cooking utensils.

The two spacious bedrooms, one with an integrated bathroom and its own toilet, the other with a shower and toilet, are equipped with built-in wardrobes and underline the pleasant comfort in the Haus Silenzio. You will also find a separate guest toilet with an integrated shower.

All bed, bath and kitchen linen is included in the rental price; fast Internet / WLAN and TV/radio, as well as Bluetooth speakers are also a matter of course. In the house you will also find a ski- / boot-room and other storage space. You may also use for free a locker for 2 pairs of skis with boot dryer at the valley station of the Matterhorn gondola.

Location

From Haus Silenzio you can reach the bus stop in 2 minutes; the valley station of the Matterhorn-Express gondola is only 350m away. Several cozy restaurants are just around the corner.

Price calculation

The basic price of our apartment is independent of the number of persons, in addition the final cleaning and the obligatory visitor's tax will be charged. Additional cleaning is recommended for stays of several weeks. If you make a specific enquiry, we will of course show you this price calculation transparently.
