La maison Viktoria A bénéficie d'un emplacement central au cœur de Zermatt, juste en face de la gare et du téléphérique du Gornergrat. L'arrêt de bus desservant les remontées mécaniques se trouve juste devant la maison et permet de se déplacer très facilement dans toutes les directions.
Le bâtiment abrite des restaurants ainsi que de nombreux commerces et services, dont un supermarché, un magasin de sport et un pressing.
