Modern, cosy 3½-room flat in a central location on the ground floor with fireplace and garden seating area

Location and general information:
The flat is in a quiet location on the edge of the village of Zuoz within walking distance of the village square and railway station. The flat has a private, covered garden seating area. There is a lift in the house. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Laudinella. There is a public car park in the immediate vicinity of Chesa Laudinella, which can be used for parking other vehicles. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.

Room layout:
The flat in the Chesa Laudinella has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed. The room is directly connected to a private bathroom with bathtub. The children's room has three beds, a single bed and a bunk bed. Opposite the children's room is the second bathroom with shower. The modern, practical kitchen is separated from the large living/dining room. A patio door leads directly from the living room to the private garden seating area.

Furnishings:
The flat is furnished to a high standard with lots of wood in Alpine style and equipped with modern comforts. Swiss stone pine flooring has been laid in the flat, only the two bathrooms have been fitted with stone flooring. The spacious living/dining room has a TV with satellite reception and a fireplace. A WLAN hotspot is available. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, a ceramic hob with steam extractor, an oven, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.
