Location and general information:
The flat in the Chesa Brünella is located on the south-east side of the property on the top floor. The house is situated in the Chaunt da Crusch neighbourhood in a quiet location, directly on the ski slope. Parking spaces are available in front of the house. There is no lift in the house. Pets are only allowed in the Chesa Brünella on request. In winter there is a free local bus service during the day, which stops close to Chesa Brünella. It takes you to the village centre, the train station, the ski school and the cross-country skiing centre. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.

Room layout:
The flat in the Chesa Brünella has a practical floor plan with a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet and a living/dining room with open-plan kitchen. The wooden roof construction is visible in all rooms. In front of the living room there is a large balcony under the sloping roof, which invites you to linger outside when the weather is fine.

Furnishings:
The entire flat has been renovated and is very well maintained. Parquet flooring has been laid in all living rooms and bedrooms, and stone slabs were used for the bathroom. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a normal sized single bed in the children's room, which is also suitable for adults. The small, well-used kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with extractor fan, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a small dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. A comfortable corner sofa in front of the fireplace makes the living room cosy. The flat is equipped with Swisscom TV and free Wi-Fi.

The townscape of Zuoz is considered to be the most beautiful in the Upper Engadine.
