Cosy 2½ room apartment in a sunny location with balcony.
Location and general information: The apartment in the Chesa Arpschellas is situated on a very beautiful panoramic location with south-east orientation on the lower edge of the village of Zuoz within walking distance to the train station and the golf course. There is a communal laundry room in the house. A reserved garage space belongs to the apartment. There is a lift at the Chesa Arpschellas. Pets are not allowed in the Che¬sa Arpschellas. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Room layout: The apartment at Chesa Arpschellas has a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, a living/dining room with open kitchen and an entrance area with wardrobe. In the living room there is a foldaway bed for two people. In the bathroom there is a bathtub with folding glass wall, a toilet and a washbasin. The living room has a large glass front facing the balcony, which makes the apartment bright and sunny. The apartment has a spacious southeast balcony.
Appointments: The apartment is comfortably and practically furnished. The living area has a light parquet flooring, while the bedroom is covered with fitted carpet and the bathroom with ceramic tiles. In the kitchen there is a glass ceramic hob with a steam extractor fan, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The apartment is equipped with Swisscom TV and free W-Lan.
