Description of the holiday rental
Cosy 3½ room apartment directly at the ski slope.
Location and general information: The apartment in the Chesa Brünella is located on the south-east side of the property on the top floor. The house is located in the quarter Chaunt da Crusch at a quiet location, directly at the ski slope. Parking spaces are available in front of the house. There is no lift in the house. Pets are allowed in the Chesa Brünella. During the winter season, a free local bus runs during the day and stops close to Chesa Brünella. It will take you to the village centre, railway station, ski school and cross-country skiing centre. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Room layout: The apartment at Chesa Brünella has a practical layout with a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet and a living/dining room with open kitchen. The wooden roof construction is visible in all rooms. In front of the living room there is a large balcony under the pitched roof, which invites you to stay outside in good weather.
Appointments: The entire apartment has been renovated and is very well maintained. In all living rooms and bedrooms parquet was laid, stone slabs were used for the bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, in the child's bedroom there is a normal sized single bed, which is also suitable for adults. In the small, well-used kitchen there is a glass cooker with a steam extractor fan, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a small dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. A comfortable corner sofa in front of the fireplace makes the living room cosy. The apartment is equipped with Swisscom TV and free W-Lan.
