We offer you our nice and sunny apartment with 3.5 rooms with beautiful view with mountain chain between Piz d'Esan (near entrance of Nationalpark) and Piz Mezzaun and golf course as well as the valley. Distance to village, train station, bus stop, shopping area and skilift in 200 - 300 m. Well situated, near centre of famous village of Zuoz. , ideally for families with children, playground for kids nearby. underground parking with direct elevator access to apartment. Also parking lot outside.
The nice apartment with balcony is well equiped with a chimney. The Salon contains a kitchen with NespressoMachine, Micro wave oven, as well as Fondue and Raclette sets. Parking with direct elevator to the apartment and a parking lot outside. The apartment has WLAn, satelite TV with Radio.
In summer beautiful area for hiking, for bike, and mountain bike.
Winter: Sledging and ski area nearby,, skilift in 200 m distance. sking until house. Also sledging nearby
