Sunny, spacious 2½ room apartment in a quiet location with garden seating area.
Location and general information:
The apartment in the Chesa Sur Saela is located in the lowest row of houses in the Zuoz building zone, directly on the Inn river as well as on the footpath and cross-country ski run in the direction of S-chanf. The apartment faces south. Near the house there is a bus stop of the Gratisortsbus in winter, which goes to the railway station, the ski school and the cross-country skiing centre. A reserved garage parking space belongs to the apartment. There is no lift in the house. Pets are welcome at Che¬sa Sur Saela. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Room layout:
The apartment at Chesa Sur Saela has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living/dining room with open kitchen and a garden seating area. In the living room, which is comfortably furnished with typical pine wood furniture, there is a sofa bed for two persons. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, lavabo and toilet.
Equipment:
The apartment is partly renovated. All floors except in the wet cells are covered with oak parquet. The kitchen, which has a ceramic hob with a steam extractor fan, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine, has been completely renovated. It is separated from the living room by a typical arch. The bathroom is still in its original state. The apartment is equipped with Swisscom TV and free W-Lan.
