Location and general information:
Chesa Tschuetta is located in a quiet area at the edge of the village of Zuoz within walking distance to the village square and the train station and is south facing. A parking space in the house's own garage belongs to the apartment D5. There is a lift in the house. Pets are welcome at Chesa Tschu¬etta. Chesa Tschuetta has a communal barbecue area in the garden, which can be used by all residents. In the immediate vicinity of the Chesa Tschu¬etta is the public car park, which can be used to park other vehicles. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Room layout:
The apartment at Chesa Tschuetta has two large double bedrooms, a single room and two bathrooms and is very suitable for a family with children as well as for five adults. One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin, toilet and bidet, in the other bathroom there is a shower in addition to the toilet and washbasin. The large living/dining room with open kitchen and garden sitting area facing south invites you to linger with its comfortable upholstered furniture. The dining table is large enough for guests. Thanks to the large windows in all rooms, the apartment is very bright and sunny.

The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished. In all rooms the floors are covered with larch parquet. In the spacious kitchen there is a glass ceramic hob with steam extractor, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment is equipped with Swisscom TV and wireless LAN.
