Description of the holiday rental

Modern, cosy 3½ room apartment directly at the chairlift valley station on the 1st floor with fully glazed dining area and garage space.

Location and general information:
The Chesa Viroula was built in 2007 and is accordingly modern. The apartment is situated in a beautiful panoramic location with southwest orientation directly at the valley station of the chairlift Chastlatsch in walking distance to the village centre and the railway station. In the house there are two generous ski rooms, a bicycle parking lot and two laundry rooms. A reserved garage parking space belongs to the apartment. There is a lift in the house. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Viroula.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Room layout:
The apartment at Chesa Viroula has a double bedroom with a double bed and a small children's room with bunk beds, which are not suitable for adults. There are also two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the smaller one with a shower. A spacious living/dining room with an open pine wood kitchen completes the room. The living and dining room has generous glass fronts, which makes the apartment extraordinarily bright and sunny. The unobstructed view from the living room overlooks the agricultural zone and the golf course. The apartment has no balcony.

Appointments:
The apartment is furnished with lots of wood in alpine style and equipped with modern comfort. In the whole apartment a larch wood floor is laid. In the kitchen there is a glass-ceramic hob with a steam extractor, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment is equipped with Swisscom TV and free W-Lan.

A sunny, cosy home for skiers with a sense for views and for railway fans!
