The Chesa Viroula was built in 2007 and is accordingly modern with a lift and underground car park (reserved garage space). The flat is located directly at the valley station of the Chastlatsch chairlift, within walking distance of the village centre and the train station. The house has two spacious ski rooms, a bicycle storage room and two laundry rooms. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Viroula. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.

The flat in Chesa Viroula has a spacious double bedroom with a large wardrobe. There is a sofa bed for two people in the living room. The bathroom has a shower with step-free access, a washbasin with mirror cabinet and a toilet. The spacious living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen rounds off the space on offer. The living room leads directly onto the east-facing garden seating area, which may only be used by this flat.

The flat was renovated in summer 2021 and completely refurnished in a very appealing alpine style. There is parquet flooring throughout the flat and stone tiles in the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with steam extractor, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The townscape of Zuoz is considered to be the most beautiful in the Upper Engadine.
