Description of the holiday rental
Completely new, comfortably furnished 2.5-room apartment (65sqm) on the ground floor of a multi-family chalet built in 2021, equipped with a lift. 1 furnished terrace (accessible via living/dining room and bedroom, facing south/west) belonging to the apartment. A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ski room for common use, are located in the basement. 1 reserved parking space (no. 16) in the underground parking with charging facilities for electric cars is also available. The apartment is located in the village of Blankenburg (20km from Gstaad and 3km from Zweisimmen away) and is suitable for summer and winter holidays. The train station of Blankenburg is within walking distance of the apartment. Note: Next to the chalet is a new construction of the neighbouring house (until approx. September 2022). Therefore there might be occasionally some construction noise during the day (only from 7 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 7 pm).
