Description of the holiday rental
This spacious 3½-room apartment with a floor space of 86m² has two double bedrooms sleeping a total of 4 guests. The apartment offers wonderful views across the village as well as a balcony looking onto the local greenery and surrounding mountains. It has modern conveniences, and its features include a bathroom with a shower/WC and a top-class kitchen with all the comforts of home such as a glass ceramic hob, an oven, dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a Nespresso coffee capsule machine, as well as a toaster and fondue set.
We provide you with a starter set for your first day including a binbag, coffee capsules, soap and shampoo.
The living room has a modern LCD television with international cable access and a DVD player, as well as free wi-fi.

Modern and exclusive apartment building in a central, quiet and sunny location. The building is located in the popular residential area of ‘Steinmatte’ and offers attractive apartments in close proximity to the edge of the forest.
A ski room with heated ski boot cabinet is available. You can easily reach your apartment by lift. The building can be reached by electric taxi or bus (Winkelmatten line).
The valley station of the Matterhorn Paradise ski area is only about 300 metres away. Zermatt's Bahnhofstrasse with shops, restaurants and bars is about an 8-minute walk away.
All flats are non-smoking; pets are not allowed. Cots and high chairs are available on request.
