Description of the holiday rental
Spacious and attic situated 2½ room flat with 50 m2 gross floor area for up to 3 persons. The flat is equipped with a double bedroom for 2 persons plus a nice gallery with a double bed for an extra person. The flat has no balcony but offers a wonderful view over the village and the mountains plus a beautiful view of the Matterhorn through the skylight or one of the side windows. It is modernly equipped and has a bathroom and a first class kitchen with all comforts such as ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, "Nespresso" capsule coffee machine, toaster and fondue set. For the first day of rental, a starter set with rubbish bag, coffee capsules, soap and shampoo is provided.
In the living room you will find a modern Smart LCD TV with international cable TV and DVD player, as well as free Wi-Fi internet.

Haus La Rocca enjoys a quiet, excellent central situation in the nighbourhood of "Steinmatte". It is only a 5-minute walk to the village center where there are bars, shops and restaurants.
The bottom station of the Matterhorn Express only 10 minutes from the house.
The house has a ski room, as well as a lift.
The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
Tourist taxes are not included.
