A very spacious, attractive 3½- room apartment with 2 double bedrooms, living room, large kitchen with dishwasher, dining table, bathroom with WC and shower room with WC. There is a large, child-friendly playground and relaxation area in front of the house with a climbing wall, table tennis, trampoline, swing and barbecue with seats.
