Exit to the balcony. 1 children's room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 x 1 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 2nd upper floor: playroom with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Patio roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at 50 m. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. The parking space is on the name of Casa Anna. Ground floor: underfloor heating. First and second floor: electric radiators. In the hamlet Medoscio, on the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, along the wooded area. 100 m long narrow motor access to 20 m from the house (via unmade road). Parking at the house at 50 m. Grocery 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Postauto linie 322" 100 m. Walking paths from the house 5 m. Nearby attractions: Falconeria, Locarno, Mercato Cannobio, Luino, Intra IT. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Monte Tamaro-Slpash and SPA, Valle Maggia-Lago di Sambuco-Naret. Please note: suitable for families.
