Living area: 110m2 Land area: 860m2. 3 bedrooms: The bedrooms are on the upper and attic floor. One bedroom with two single beds, all others with double beds. 1 bathroom: bathtub with shower, washbasin, WC, underfloor heating. Separate WC upstairs: washbasin, WC. Living room: large dining table, chairs, tiled stove, stereo. Kitchen: Fully equipped. Oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso, capsules are not provided). Entertainment room on the ground floor: TV with satellite reception, DVD, Blueray player. Veranda: Behind the house there is a large veranda. Garden furniture and a grill are available in the cellar.

The lovingly renovated Toggenburg farmhouse is situated on an elevated position above the village of "Alt St. Johann". Here you not only enjoy the breathtaking view of the "Säntis", the "Schafberg" and the rest of the local mountain world, but also the exclusive and quiet location.
In winter you can drive directly from the house onto the slopes. In the warm season you can enjoy the mountain summer on the wonderfully large terrace. Stylishly furnished with a tiled stove, the "Landhuus Toggi" combines old and modern elements. Inernet is not available, which is definitely good for the whole experience. However, mobile phone coverage is given.
In the Landhuus Toggi you will not only find a modern kitchen with everything you need for cooking, but also space for a maximum of 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms. The road is cleared in winter, but a car with 4x4 drive is recommended. Up to 4 parking spaces are available in front of the house.

A beautiful house with an even more beautiful view that offers everything for an unforgettable mountain holiday, whether in winter or summer. Nature and the mountains are waiting for you right at your doorstep. Pets are not allowed. Please note that the room height maybe could be a little lower.
