The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a large double bed and wardrobe. Another bedroom with two single beds. Bed linen is provided and included in the price.

The living and dining room has a seating area and a dining table with chairs. A small tiled stove creates a cozy atmosphere (wood available). There is a separate TV room with Swisscom connection.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), as well as a raclette oven and fondue caquelon. Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. Bathroom linen not provided.

Heating room for drying ski gear.

The house is located on the edge of the village in a very quiet location and is surrounded by a meadow landscape with a wonderful view of the mountain world of Obersaxen. The 5-room apartment is on the upper floor with a separate entrance, which is accessible via an external staircase. The balcony and the outdoor seating area offer a place to stay and grill. Shopping facilities in the village and farm shop nearby.

The house has a parking space and a ski room. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
