Description of the holiday rental
In an exclusive view location right in the heart of Inner-Arosa stands the stately holiday home "auf der Melchernen". The chalet has more than 200 sqm of living space spread over two floors, nine rooms, six bedrooms with eight beds, as well as one bathroom with a bathtub and two separate showers, one on the upper floor and one in the basement, as well as two WCs. Three of the bedrooms also feature additional washbasins. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. The living room is made of solid Swiss pine wood. A special feature of the house is a large sun veranda with individually sliding windows that can be opened and offers a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. Below the house there is parking space for up to three cars and directly opposite is the ski school. In just two minutes on foot, you can reach the Kulm gondola lift up to the Tschuggen, and with normal snow conditions, you can ski directly down to the house. The house, with its authentic charm and special artistic details inside, was built in 1925 and has always been owned by the same family. Apart from the basement, everything is made entirely of wood. It is only available for rent for a few weeks each year. A dishwasher, washing machine and Wi-Fi are available, as well as two sledges.
