The cozy and well-equipped 2 1/2 room gallery apartment with approximately 52m² of living space is located in the Kleeboda apartment building. The bus stop Wetterweide for the free Arosabus is 50 meters from the house. Sunny balcony with wonderful mountain views (sun loungers and table available). Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and oven. Shower/ WC. Gallery with double bed (160 cm), additional bed (90 cm). Radio. DVD player. Direct access to the staircase and lift through the underground garage. Rental for a maximum of 3 persons (including children). Due to the stairs to the gallery floor, it is only partially suitable for small children.
