The building is located at the entrance of Arosa, a two minute walk away from the grocery store Coop. The center of the village can be reached by foot within 15 minutes walk or in two minutes by bus. Located only 200 meters away from the nearest bus stop, the apartment does not offer car parking in front of the building. The public parking “Sandhubel” is very close www.arosa-parking.ch Modern and well-maintained one-bedroom apartment with about 26m2. Kitchen, two hot plates (Ceran), fridge, micro-wave. Bedroom and living room are combined, wooden hard floor. The apartment has a maximum capacity of two people. Amenities: All dishes, pans, kitchen towels, fridge and freezer, two separate single beds, bed linen, duvets and pillows, bath towels, television, armchair, dining table, wardrobe, and shelves. General Facilities: Multi-family house, ski-storage room, and basement. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed, Arrival: Check-in from 2 pm / Check-out until 11 am Take the main road from Chur to Arosa. At the entrance of the village continue for 200 metres on the main road and then turn left into the maintenance depot (follow road sign “Werkhof” on the left side). Go straight, after the grocery store Coop take the narrow access-street up to the house “Waldhof Ost”. On the left hand side there are two parking spaces , which can only be used for loading and unloading.
