The apartment is located in a quiet location on the first floor of an apartment building on the edge of the village, near the chair lift, the sledge run and the cross-country ski trails. It offers a magnificent view partly on forest, river and mountains, partly on the village and the Rhaetian Railway. It consists of a large living room (31mq) with 3 wall beds, a bedroom with 2 foldaway beds, a small, well-equipped kitchen with window, 2 bathrooms (one with bath and bidet and one with shower) and two balconies. At the disposal of guests are Wi-Fi, TV, DVD and VHS readers, raclette and fondue equipment and 2 ski lockers.
