The 40m2 apartment on the ground floor has been totally renovated and shines in the splendour of a **** apartment: entrance hall with cloakroom, kitchen with dining area with oven and dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, table and sofa, bedroom with a double bed (1.80x2.00), bathroom with whirlpool bathtub. The floor is partly tiled, partly provided with oak parquet, underfloor heating. A forecourt/terrace also belongs to the apartment. From the front door directly to the skis and down to the slopes – such a beautiful holiday!
