Holidays in the Aletsch Arena at the Aletsch Glacier in the Unesco World Natural Heritage Jungfrau-Aletsch-Bietschhorn. Bettmeralp is the ideal holiday destination for all tastes and especially for families. In winter with alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, winter hiking and in summer with hiking, climbing, glacier tours, running, mountain biking and paragliding. Quiet and central in the Alpmatten, about 15 minutes walk from the cable car station, in about 5 minutes walking distance from the pedestrian lift to the village. Ski in and out, ski out to the front door of the chalet. A few meters away from the chalet is the ski lift Alpmatten, which takes you directly into the Aletscharena ski area. Start your hikes through the UNESCO World Heritage Site Jungfrau-Aletsch-Bietschhorn directly from Chalet Tschiffra. The location of this Chalet is on the edge of the forest. The house, terrace with unobstructed views to the south on the mountains opposite the Valais Alps.
