Welcome to the heart of the Upper Engadine! Our cosy 3.5-room flat on the ground floor is the ideal starting point for an unforgettable holiday experience in a quiet and sunny location. With a breathtaking view of the Upper Engadine mountains and the fabulous Val Bever, close to the bus station, train station and various shopping facilities, this holiday accommodation offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Inside, you will find a comfortable living and dining room with direct access to the balcony, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen is well equipped with a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso machine and a fondue set (raclette not available), so you can easily prepare your own meals during your stay. The bathroom has an inviting shower. In addition, free WLAN access is available and there is a washing machine, a ski room and a waxing room for the general public.

The outside area of the flat includes access to an underground car park and an outdoor parking space, which is included in the rental price. This offers guests not only convenience, but also the security of being able to park their vehicle safely. The balcony invites you to enjoy the sunny location and peaceful atmosphere with a wonderful view.

The location of our holiday flat is perfect for lovers of nature and sport. The high valley of the Engadine, known for its sun-drenched days, offers you a wide range of activities: From extensive hiking trails over 580 kilometres and mountain bike pleasure trails on 400 kilometres in summer to 350 kilometres of ski slopes in various ski areas and over 220 kilometres of groomed cross-country ski trails in winter. The offer is varied and leaves nothing to be desired. Cultural activities such as museum visits or art galleries and sports facilities such as golf, tennis and water sports complete the leisure programme.
