(3-5 minutes walk from the village centre and train station) in a very quiet location. Combined living room and bedroom, separate kitchen with dining area, plus shower and WC. Double folding bed (2 separate, high-quality mattresses). Optimally furnished; satellite TV, telephone and WLAN. Kitchen with oven and microwave grill, incl. kitchen utensils. The studio is located on the ground floor of a double detached house with an arched doorway giving access to the garden seating area. This is favoured by the evening sun. There is a parking space for the holiday flat in the underground car park. The flat is rented at an all-inclusive price, including bed linen, visitor's tax, garage and ancillary costs (excluding final cleaning)

The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes shine with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
